Mon fromage a sur la croissant, oui oui.

There, that's a bit better. I have fiddled about in here a bit to make things a little prettier. It's still not perfect but it feels more homely.

Today was a good day. Slept in until we got woken up by the postman who couldn't fit a package through the letterbox. The package was addressed to Mr D and was from my good friend Tony. A whole array of Scooby Doo magazines and trading cards (it's best not to ask why, trust me). So we got to spend the first ten minutes of the day ticking off the cards we had acquired on the Scooby Doo Mystery Map of the World. So far so good.

We got up shortly afterwards and had Tim-Tam explosions for breakfast before heading into Wanstead to visit the French Market.

The French Market was FUN. Tres fun in fact!! He he, I'm soooo international. We bought organic soap and honey and brie and chocolate coated peanuts and asked for everything in French. Je voudrais a stick of pan, sil vous please...une demi kilo of le smelly fromage senor...le chat a sur la table...mon chien est called Ruffy...Oui mon Francais is tres bon very much...

We stopped for Tapas in the Spanish tapas place (talk about the life of an international popstar) - dos cervezes pour favor...Where are los servicios?...Si mon Espanol est mucho gusto... You get the picture.

Then we walked home, chilled out, had a huge argument about blanching potatoes, made up *nod nod wink wink eye eye wotcha wotcha*, ate salmon, drank wine and watched Runaway Jury, which was very good even though I had to keep asking Mr D what was going on.

Now we are winding down, me playing majong on the Sun website (seriously addictive, don't get sucked in) and Mr D watching the highlights of Birmingham v Charlton.

God I am TIRED. Off to finish my wine and head along the wooden path to Bedfordshire.

Nighty night.
